There are two ways that you can report a problem: submit a bug report and email.
Bug Report
Go to http://priddysoftware.com/software/MyTime/bugs.php and either log in or sign up for an account (free and does not track you, if you sign up then login and click on the link again). Please try to include the following information in your bug report:
- What device you are using
- What version of iOS you are using (Settings App->General->About->Version)
- What version of MyTime you are using (MyTime->More->Settings->Version)
- A screen shot of what you are seeing (press home and power buttons at the same time, or for iphone 7 and above press the power and volume down buttons). you can include the screenshot from your camera roll in the email
- Detailed description of what you were doing before and during what happened, please include any expectations you have of what you think should have happened as well. (I do not see your data nor do I have access to it, so I will not be able to understand your email unless you provide detailed context)
Email (less preferred)
